Room was cleaned and staff was wonderful

Property was well appointed and immaculately maintained. Staff was courteous and friendly. Several dining options each above average. An outstanding fine dining steakhouse.

Our experience was real nice , front desk receptionist was very helpful, room, bathroom, bed everything was clean, decent for the night. AC works, doors lock. No complaints.

When we checked in at around 8 pm one of our 3 rooms hadn’t been cleaned we waited nearly 30 minutes after traveling all day we were told they only had one housekeeper all day I found this ridiculous for that size hotel the only compensation we were offered were a few bottles of water that equates to about $1 I find that to be terrible business also there was a night manager present and I felt like she didn’t offer much help it was the actual front desk employee trying to help but Alice was the housekeeper and she tried very hard to clean the room as quickly as possible we appreciated her help since we were told she was the only housekeeper who came to work that day
